Delivery Policy

At Adverkx, we provide digital marketing services that are delivered electronically. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered after a purchase or subscription.

1. Type of Delivery

All our services are digital and delivered through:

  • Email communication

  • Shared links (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, etc.)

  • Direct account access (where applicable)

  • Online collaboration tools or project dashboards

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on the service selected:

  • Lead generation & advertising campaigns: Initial setup within 3–5 business days from confirmation and onboarding.

  • Landing pages: Delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on project scope.

  • Full marketing packages: Timeline is shared during onboarding and customized per client needs.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Late submission of required materials from the client

  • Additional customization requests

  • Force majeure or technical issues (in which case clients will be notified immediately)

3. Client Cooperation

To ensure timely delivery, clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information promptly

  • Be responsive during the setup and approval stages

  • Approve materials and creatives in a timely manner

Failure to do so may result in delivery delays, for which Adverkx will not be held liable.

4. International Service

Our digital services are available and delivered worldwide. All deliveries are made electronically, and no physical shipping is involved.

5. Confirmation of Delivery

A service is considered delivered when:

  • The project files, links, or login credentials are sent to the client via email or shared platform

  • The campaign is launched and access/reporting is handed over to the client
