Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Adverkx, we believe in flexibility, fairness, and transparency. This policy outlines the terms for service cancellation, refunds, and service pauses.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel any service—whether one-time or subscription—by sending an official email request to our support team. The request must include:
Client’s full name
Email used for purchase
Service/package name
2. Refund Policy
General Conditions:
Refunds are applicable only for the upcoming (unused) month.
No refunds will be issued for the current or ongoing billing cycle once services have started.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
Subscription & Paid Plans:
If cancellation is requested during an active subscription, the service will first be paused.
The client can then choose:
To resume the service anytime during the unused period.
Or to request a refund for the remaining time (excluding the ongoing month).
Paid Trials:
Paid trial fees are non-refundable once the trial has started. However, if no services were delivered and the cancellation was requested before work began, a full refund may be issued.
3. Service Pause Option
If a client does not wish to cancel entirely, they may request to pause their service temporarily. The remaining time on the service can be resumed later, as per client preference, without additional charges.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
All requests must be made via email to contact@adverkx with the subject line:
“Cancellation/Refund Request – [Service Name]”
Please allow 3–5 business days for response and 7 business days for processing any approved refund.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage clients to reach out to us first to resolve any concerns. Filing chargebacks without contacting us may result in service termination and ineligibility for future services.
